Our Selection
Carisi's cellar is a journey through Sicily and its small producers. We work with family wineries from the Sicani Mountains and western Sicily, choosing wines that tell the story of the territory with authenticity. Every bottle we serve has a face behind it: a family, a vineyard, a story. We do not look for famous labels, we look for true wines.
Cocktails
Our bar is built on the same philosophy as our kitchen: quality ingredients, simple preparations, and surprising flavors. Each cocktail on our signature list carries a literary name and a Sicilian soul. From the mezcal and grapefruit of Fu Mattia Mezcal to the gin and chinotto of Ed è Subito Sour, each drink tells a small story meant to be sipped.
